Shipping policy

For preorders, please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to be shipped as each piece is handmade. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Nolja Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they are shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
